VETERANS STAY AWAY, Not a good place to do business. We all know salesmen are shady but Josh Mann is as shady as they come. My husband, who is a DISABLED VETERAN, made a deal with Josh and his dealers We all know salesmen are shady but Josh Mann is as shady as they come. My husband, who is a DISABLED VETERAN, made a deal with Josh and his dealership to pickup a truck today and they sold it out from under him. We already got the loan from our bank and he and the dealership agreed on everything, we were just waiting for it to be cleaned and them to replace something that was missing. They didn't even have the decency to call and let him know they sold it out from under him. Josh Mann, the shady salesman, told him as of Saturday "We pulled it from the lot and marked it as sold, so don't worry it's a done deal just waiting on the headrest and the truck to be cleaned. I'll call you Monday when it's ready for pickup" That was the lie that came from this mans mouth. People that don't keep their word isn't worth spit. YOU, Josh aren't worth spit! More

I went to the dealer for quick service. The low air light on my Camry was staying on. The te chnicians were helpful and friendly. The tires were checked and all tires aired up. Most horrible experience. Bought a used car got it home and in a few days wouldn’t start . I took warranty out on car so they came out picked it up but in the future will tell Bought a used car got it home and in a few days wouldn’t start . This car was bought for my granddaughter. The salesman Joshua said the car hadn’t been wrecked but that was a lie. The whole staff we dealt with told lie after lie. More

Zero communication from the body shop. Worst customer service experience. Do not recommend Using the. They’ve had my vehicle for over 8 weeks for a warranty paint repair.
