Great Experience I have been shopping for a Rav4 Hybrid XLE AWD. I filled out my wish list on True Car and got a ton of responses. However, either I didn't get the c I have been shopping for a Rav4 Hybrid XLE AWD. I filled out my wish list on True Car and got a ton of responses. However, either I didn't get the correct model or a viable package. I stopped into Toyota of Huntington Beach and met a low key very nice salesman, Daniel. I drove a similar car over to their other lot and drove back to the main lot in the car I was looking for. Since I wasn't prepared to buy that day I left the dealership. I got a call the next day from Daniel; which, believe it or not, is rare. I have found that most salespeople don't follow-up. Anyway, I told him what my expectations were. I then got a call from Elio Chemaly, the Finance Manager. He was completely upfront with me. Although this dealership does not work with TrueCar, he was willing to work with me; even though what I was looking for (price wise) didn't exist. I talked to several dealerships in the coming days and found out that he was right. I sold my 2004 Highlander and thus was ready to purchase the Rav4. Elio was great representing my wishes to the General Manager. It was a little more than what I wished for, but I felt the price was completely fair. Once the paperwork was ready...and the Finance Office was available, I met with Todd Eyster to go over the final paperwork. He was also nice, quick, and helpful. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend them to a friend. More
