Unwilling to help resolve a minor problem I purchased a 2012 VW Passat on the 11th of May. On the 18th of May I returned from where I live in Riverside with the Passat for the rear driver side I purchased a 2012 VW Passat on the 11th of May. On the 18th of May I returned from where I live in Riverside with the Passat for the rear driver side blinker/light starting to die out. It was supposedly replaced. It is now the 25; a week after the light bulb was replaced and two weeks since I purchased the vehicle, and I had to call for the exact same reason-driver side blinker/light starting to die out. When I called and explained my situation and how it was impossible for me to drive to Huntington Beach from Riverside for the THIRD time and asked if there was anyway a closer Toyota garage could be notified that I had our hit at a Toyota garage in hunigton beach- so I could get this problem resolved. I got a bunch of umm, I don't know and a lot of uncertainty and dead end answers. I work weekends -12hour shift and help aging family when not at work. I do not have the time nor the resources to drive to Hunington Beach once a week for the same problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A USED OR NEW CAR HERE. if something happens they are not willing to help you resolve the issue even as simple as a light/blinker not even a month after buying the vehicle.
