Poor service I received a recall on my 2004 Toyota 4-Runner and call to schedule service. I spoke to the Service Advisor Richard Medina that told me the the part I received a recall on my 2004 Toyota 4-Runner and call to schedule service. I spoke to the Service Advisor Richard Medina that told me the the part was in and he scheduled an appointment for the following day. I arrived and he took my 4-Runner and I left with my ride. 2 hours later, he called and said that the part had to be ordered come and get your car and we will call you in about a week. Knowing that these parts usually have to be ordered before service, I specifically asked Richard if the part had to be ordered and he said, no the part in in. More

So instead of coughing up a possible $800, I was recommended a minor tune up and drove away a happy and satisfied customer. Work not performed or cheaper product substituted 4Runner took in to HB Toyota for an oil change. Paid for synthetic oil. Had car into a mechanic for work 3000 miles later that showed me that oil ne 4Runner took in to HB Toyota for an oil change. Paid for synthetic oil.
