I went into Toyota not knowing what to expect. The second I met Joel Robinson at Toyota of Keene I knew I was in the right place. He listened to what I wanted and what I could afford and he made it happen. He didn't pressure me or try and coerce me into getting anything I wasn't interested in. He was a great salesman, the best I've ever had! He was very knowledgeable and I loved his personality. I ended up driving that home in a brand new Toyota Tacoma and I couldn't be happier! More

Once i selected the truck i wanted we sat down and to put all the info together to get an overveiw of what the final sale would look like before making my final decision. feelin very comfortable and informed i said lets go for it. At that point i was introduced to steve Hill for financing and final paperwork who was again efficient and knowledgeable and feel confident that he was able to get me the best deal possible. I am now enjoying my new (used) truck . Ned even showed me the car fax and consumer ratings of the car I was buying. When I found the car I liked. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with the car. I then met Dave the credit person, that went well, then to Steve the financial paper guru.Steve explained every piece of paper in terms I could understand as I signed each sheet.
