I bought a tacoma truck from this dealership through Jaime Rios. His presentation of the vehicle and thorough demonstration of how everthing functions was excellent. My husband & I looked online at used inventory, were in contact with an online specialist Cathy Gannoe through this dealership---she was extremely friendly,listened to us and found us alot of options to in contact with an online specialist Cathy Gannoe through this dealership---she was extremely friendly,listened to us and found us alot of options to consider. We made a test drive appointment and met with Joel Robinson, one of the most non-salesmen type salesmen. He was not pushy at all, let us tell him what we wanted to see, and worked with us & kept pretty much within our budget that we informed him about at the start. WE LOVE OUR NEW MINIVAN!!! We found them to be fair, friendly and reasonable. We have now purchased our last three cars from this dealer. Let's face it. This is a business that doesn't exactly have the best of reputations (sadly due to a few bad eggs and irresponsible media portrayal. As such, when buying a vehicle I have always been a bit have the best of reputations (sadly due to a few bad eggs and irresponsible media portrayal. As such, when buying a vehicle I have always been a bit trepidatious. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of purchasing from Shawn, which I can say was a very pleasant experience. Not once did I think that he was "just trying to close the deal" or just trying to get me in some random car to get me out of there. He took the time to really listen, and truly focused on finding a vehicle that was right for me, not one that was right to make the quick sale. I will say, given my prior car buying experiences, I was surprised at the high level of care I received. I suppose I shouldn't have been though. That's what the car buying experience is *supposed* to be like. I am quite thankful that I have had this experience with Shawn, as he proved to me that not everyone out there in the car sales business is just out to sell you whatever and get you out the door (something the previous salespeople at other dealers definitely attempted). He is truly a rare breed among salesmen, and someone that the others I have dealt with in the past should aspire to be more like. More

As I am in Banking I see alot of people that are looking for new or second hand cars. In discussions with them I ask about what they are looking for, where the looking, etc. I would never hesitate to recomm for new or second hand cars. I have the utmost confidence in his honest and "over-the-top" helpfulness. I hestitate to use the word "Salesperson", as in the past people have tended to look at that term in a negative light. But, if I could say that "Shawn Waters" is the absolute best person that any dealership could possibly ask for based upon his extensive knowledge about his products and the service provided by the Keene Toyota Volvo Dealership. Luckily for you the space you have given us to rate your employees doesn't allow me to gone quite as detailed as I would like. There many instances where I have heard back from customer about how much he helped them, even those that were working with another person to start with. Suffice to say, Shawn Waters is the "Absolute Best" sales person you could ever hope to keep in your employ! More

I never feel like a number with Shawn. Have bought every car I have needed from him the last few years. I know when I walk in that I will be well taken care of. Shawn listens to me and helps me find the rig car I have needed from him the last few years. I know when I walk in that I will be well taken care of. It is always a pleasurable buying experience here and I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. We gave Keene very short notice as to when we would be coming down to buy a new Matrix, but they were able to work with us remarkably well. We ended up there on a Sunday where they had some limited sta coming down to buy a new Matrix, but they were able to work with us remarkably well. We ended up there on a Sunday where they had some limited staffing, but they bent over backwards to help get us in the new car and on the road. Very pleased with the experience. More
