While we were there for service, they said we needed rear brakes. We made an appointment on the spot for 8 days later. We drove 1 hr 20 minutes for the brake job only to be told they Didnt have a part they brakes. We made an appointment on the spot for 8 days later. We drove 1 hr 20 minutes for the brake job only to be told they Didnt have a part they needed and that it they needed a 2 hr round trip drive to another dealer to get the part. They did however give us a free loaner. At the end of the day they called to say they had a wrong part and they wouldn’t get a replacement until the next day. Why they didn’t know that they didn’t have the right parts before we drove over in the first place I’ll never know. More

Gentleman checked in at the same time as me for a tire rotation he was leaving 45 minutes after appointment. Thought I was at the doctors office it took so long. Gave them a 2nd chance as I have had this issue with them several years ago on a few occasions everyone deserves a 2nd at bat right . Call ahead to see if they’re running on time so you aren’t wasting yours or get the 1st appointment of it the day ! More
Had a service and got a scratch when they did the recall. Jason the service manager comped the bill and is willing to pick up and deliver my truck for the repair. Got home and found my tires low. I emailed Jason about it and made an appointment at a local garage for the next day. Jason emailed back asking if he could help. He not only let me bring it back he checked out himself on the lift all four tires. I have to say that he went above and beyond! I won't go anywhere else. More

My 2018 tundra had a shifting and leaking tonneau cover. It was in three times over the past year while they adjusted the clamps. The last visit they consulted the manufacturer and found the wrong clamps ha It was in three times over the past year while they adjusted the clamps. The last visit they consulted the manufacturer and found the wrong clamps had been used. They offered me new clamps and I refused requesting the entire cover be replaced. Jason called and after a few days it was approved. Not a great experience but rescued by Jason with the replacement cover. Thank you Jason! More

Noise from under my 2010 Tundra Turned out to be the heat shield one of several that have fallen off. An attempt to attach it failed and it is apparently not needed for safety.
