His dedication and diligence to satisfy an uncommon issue is commendable, as much communication was required from the corporate office to rectify our vehicles problem. He even offered to make a house call to obtain required information! A rarity indeed in these times. My hat is off to the entire service team, but especially to Jason Whittaker. This dealership will be my provider of choice for any service needs! More

Excellent customer honesty. I had very bad experience in the sales department but the service advisors are 5 star. They all are so nice and always smiling. Awful service I bought 2 cars here in the last 5 years. Had to come out multiple times for an air bag recall that should have been fixed in one trip on my Avalon. I bought 2 cars here in the last 5 years. Had to come out multiple times for an air bag recall that should have been fixed in one trip on my Avalon. The Camry I bough is a lemon. It makes a squeaking noise the dealership refused to fix. I brought the car out for an oil leak test. I was told the car passed, meaning it wasn't down a quart after a thousand miles post oil top off. This is a little off since the last 2 times my light to change the oil came on, I was down 2.5 quarts. My oil pressure came on today right after the light came on to get the oil changed yesterday. I have never had a car in 30+ years that had this issue. It has a defect and they don't want to fix it under warranty. I have darkened their doorway for the last time. My advice would be to find another dealership if you want good service after the sale. Everyone is nice to you until you sign the papers and drive away after buying the car. I am very disappointed by the way our cars were "serviced", or lack of it, for warranty/recall issues. More

Paid a lower than expected amount key and labor. Was in and out in less than an hour. Adam gave me his card, and shook my hand. I was even left with a decal and they put some bolts on my license plate for me. Boston Volvo Village doesn't compare to how I feel about them. More

My 2004 Volvo was having some not insignificant issues, with insurance up in the air on what they would and would not cover. Very good at Sales. Not so good on Customer Service after the fact. One of there "reasons to buy" is the Shuttle service. The last time I waited almost and hour and a half. After waiting 35 minutes I ask the front desk. They say they will call. Then she walks into the waiting area and says it will be another 25 minutes. I was less than thrilled. Asked to speak with a manager, got the ho hum, and then the Sales manger I spoke with left a more sour taste in my mouth. Needless to say, no apologies, he seemed annoyed to be even talking to me, he did have someone give me a ride, but instead of me feeling like they care, i get the feeling that after they sold me the new car, I wasn't worth talkin to. The guy who drove me (John) very pleasant and you can tell that he actually cares about his company. If service after the sale is important, be careful. More

I purchased my new Toyota Tacoma from Toyota of Keene, and I have had it serviced there as well. I have ALWAYS been treated so great there. I live and hour away and I went to a local tire dealership for n and I have had it serviced there as well. I have ALWAYS been treated so great there. I live and hour away and I went to a local tire dealership for new tires. The tire dealership in greenfield MA did a terrible job and Toyota of Keene corrected both issues that i was left to deal with. They have gone above and beyond even when it was just over a noise I was hearing. I will never take my truck to any other place for service. Not for ANYTHING, EVER. TOYOTA OF KEENE PUTS ALL THE REST TO SHAME!!!! Chris and John in service are great. They are always respectful and very down to earth. They are very good people persons. The mechanics are the best too. When I leave Toyota of Keene, I know my truck is safe and sound. I can't feel that trust anywhere else I have ever done business with my cars/trucks.
