Rudest Rep ever I loved this dealership. Ive bought 2 cars from and everytime i go in there, i make sure to talk to the people that ive gotten to know but today was t I loved this dealership. Ive bought 2 cars from and everytime i go in there, i make sure to talk to the people that ive gotten to know but today was the worst experience. The services sept rep was extremely rude. She said the appt was made with the rep that was off so she was upset and went downhill from there. It is not my fault, whoever made the appt obviously made a mistake and she took out on my son and myself. Then she was rude when she said, i cant get to your car till later. Then i was give 2 different reasons what my car needed and when i told her wht the prevous Service rep said, she askd if i had it in writing. My sales rep heard her being rude and told her that he ha heard the estimate when i came in for an estimate appt. the when i pucked up my car, i was still mind to her but of course she was rude. We all have bad days but no need to take it out on your customers. I will be filing a complaint and will not return there. I need to buy my son a truck but i will take my business elsewhere! More
