Excellent service. The appointment was timely and John, the service rep, processed everything quickly. John was friendly and cordial as always. I will say I was a little surprised at the cost since all I needed was a new gas cap and gasket, yet still probably was not out of line with what other dealers would have charged. The diagnostics is always expensive and finding the problem can be more difficult than the fix. Over all this is still a 5 star event, and my compliments to John. I have known him and worked with him in service many years. More
