Today's service was for my 2012 Prius V, with 150k miles. Plusses: Ready for me on time, service took a bit less time than expected. The maintenance I had scheduled was fairly priced, and the work done w Plusses: Ready for me on time, service took a bit less time than expected. The maintenance I had scheduled was fairly priced, and the work done well. My interface with the Service Rep "Don" was very good - nice guy! Minuses: I was informed my rear brakes were "down to nothing" after only 50k miles. The OEM brakes lasted 100k miles, so I had an issue with getting only half the expected life from the replacement brakes. I had them replace the worn brakes again, and we'll see if they "did it right" this time. (My driving habits have not changed...) The courtesy car wash was a D+. Lots of spotty crud left on the vehicle, and rear window and hatch areas were still quite dirty. More
