I'm disappointed that customer loyalty to the service department at the dealership isn't recognized in a meaningful way. It would be nice if the dealership kicked in an incentive once in a while for repe department at the dealership isn't recognized in a meaningful way. It would be nice if the dealership kicked in an incentive once in a while for repeat customers. I'm not asking for free service but providing a nominal 10-15% discount to US Military/Veterans such as myself would be nice. Maybe a 10% discount for repeat customers once in a while? More

Met me as soon as I pulled in. Acknowledged my presence when I walked to the desk to check in. Took care of paperwork and got things rolling right away.
