I brought my car in because of an error message that said '12 volt battery low. I was able to get my car in quickly. The spent the entire day doing diagnostics which I appreciated. The error message did not surface (and the testing all was 'normal'. I was pleased that they took the time to try to identify the problem (it has not displayed again).
