We have always liked this service center and have been going here for many years. Unfortunately they failed to notice my car's battery was going bad (on an almost 9-year-old car...???) and we ended up wit going here for many years. Unfortunately they failed to notice my car's battery was going bad (on an almost 9-year-old car...???) and we ended up with a dead battery the day before we left for vacation. That's why we pay big bucks to go to Toyota Service. During my most recent visit, the customer service person didn't bother to look up what my car had had done previously, and took my word for it that it needed a 60K mile check-up, which I had just guessed at when I made the appointment. Fortunately I realized later that it was due for a 65K service. Big difference. More
