Oil change with elder parent I had an appointment for a lube and oil change, and when I arrived the people were prompt. After all was done, she took us to the cashier without waiting for anything. She was really aware and thoughtful. More

I was never called until 3 hours after my scheduled appointment to say my truck was ready. It was only upon pick up that I learned the recall had been accomplished and only because I asked. Completed regular maintenance and transported me to work! I wish I had made a dry-run of them calling me when my car was completed. There was a type-o in the number they had for me, so I was not contacted right away, but as soon as I called them, they sent the shuttle to pick me up and bring me back to my car. Thanks! More
