I was very impressed with the people in the sales and finance departments when i was there in September for a service appointment on another Toyota vehicle I had. I wondered around the new vehicles area and saw a new vehicle I liked and talked to one of the sales representatives. I was offered a very good deal so I traded in my old Tacoma and bought a new one. But like I said, I was really impressed with the sales person Edgar Bravo and finance person Silva Guemiksizian. Both were very helpful, very courtious and very perfessional. I couldn't ask for a better purchase experience. Kudo's to them both and to Sierra Toyota. Good job everyone. More

What can i say?, Overall Great Experience. The amount of Detail towards a customer's needs and wants were really well taken. To think i didn't have to go far from our little desert here in Lancaster, to get Detail towards a customer's needs and wants were really well taken. Edgar Rodriguez, has impeccable customer service, he's attention towards directing me in the right directions with all my concerns and questions were answered thoroughly and and accurate. There wasn't any question that wasn't answered without leaving opened ended questions. I will be returning to Sierra Toyota for future car purchases and recommending it to all my friends and families, and hopefully a in the near future still work hand in hand with Edgar Rodriguez for my future cars. Toyota has been known in the years for QUALITY, DEPENDABILITY AND RELIABILITY, and Sierra Toyota has not come short from these three tier and i hope they never will. More

This was by far the best car buying experience ever! My husband called ahead to let Alex know what time we would be there as soon as we walked onto the lot we were greeted by Alex.
