Amazing Joey was absolutely amazing, he kept me informed the entire time and let me know what was going on with my truck. This is the second time I needed to Joey was absolutely amazing, he kept me informed the entire time and let me know what was going on with my truck. This is the second time I needed to come in for my truck and he was as nice to me the this time around as he was the first time I stepped into Toyota to get my car serviced. I feel very comfortable with Joey that he is looking out for my best interest and not trying to sell me something that I do not need (as in unnecessary maintenance on the vehicle) . It is really refreshing to have that kind of quality in a service representative, where they tell you what is going on with the vehicle and you believe them. Thank you Joey! More

Good, not great I think the representative could have been more forthcoming that the services were not recommended by my maintenance package. I visited on a Saturday I think the representative could have been more forthcoming that the services were not recommended by my maintenance package. I visited on a Saturday to receive routine maintenance and am covered under a maintenance package. Since I bought the car in a different state they couldn't confirm what was covered. The representative offered to change the oil and filter and do the inspection, which was covered. He did not rotate the tires, which would have been covered. He offered two additional services not recommended by the maintenance package, which was clearly stated on the form I signed, but I think he could have explained it better. He promised to check with the maintenance package on Monday and got me a $30 refund, which I appreciate, but it did not defray much of the work that was not recommended. The refund was mailed the following Friday, so I think that could have been quicker. I also appreciate that the maintenance was quick; he got me in and out in two hours, which is quick, for a Saturday. The representative was also friendly. More
