Made me late for work I had to be to work. I advised ahead of my appointment that I would need a ride. I eas on time but had to wait an hour for a ride. I was seriousl I had to be to work. It would not be difficult to have additional employees drive or to anticipate that customer who asked for a ride ahead of time would need one faster than an hour. Several times I have come in and advised staff of minor problems (malfunctioning usb port and malfunctioning collision senser). The staff was convinced there was nothing they could do before they examined it. The usb port doesn't charge my phone well. The senser gave error messages when it rained. The resonses were that it is poorly designed and that those issues could not be resolved. Sometimes the receptionists who resond to phone calls have an attude and are unhelpful. More

Customer Service My experience with Teresa was a positive one. I purchased my car here last June and had a horrible experience. The sales person and manager refused to My experience with Teresa was a positive one. I purchased my car here last June and had a horrible experience. The sales person and manager refused to give me my car keys from my old car being serviced after it was finished as a tactic for me to not leave and continue to hear their pitch. It was an awful experience and the only thing good about it was I have a nice car. Teresa listened to my horrible experience and apologized for my treatment. She was very nice. More
