He takes his time to sit down with me to let me know what services are required and why, he provides estimated cost/time for repairs and he’s gone so far as to make sure if I need to sit and wait on my vehicle that he communicates with me via text message so I’m not lingering. The staff is courteous and I’ve had nothing but a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Toyota of Lancaster service department. More
