After taking possession of my vehicle, I was met with the person who completed my paperwork and his personality was very pleasant. He explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable about the process. I used the customer waiting area while my car was being serviced. I was very impressed with the comfortable seating and atmosphere. I was especially happy and have access to the cafe to order lunch while waiting. Lexus repair Rey was awesome at setting up diagnostics on my 2000 Lexus ES300. It had and engine light and was stalling and not shifting into overdrive. The diag Rey was awesome at setting up diagnostics on my 2000 Lexus ES300. It had and engine light and was stalling and not shifting into overdrive. The diagnostic pointed to a bad coil pack.
