Estimate for service was $60. I had a coupon for oil change for $49.99. Bill was $82 No one could tell me why other than “the computer charges that and we can’t change it” Then s I had a coupon for oil change for $49.99. Bill was $82 No one could tell me why other than “the computer charges that and we can’t change it” Then said my car used an extra quart of oil. They have done every oil change on my car since it was brand new in 2021 and it has never needed extra oil! That will be the last time they change the oil in my car! They scammed me! More

Service writers were excellent. Still don't understand why you don't have a quick lube service bay. Both oil changes were added a oil treatment for $12.89 without asking. Why do you need oil treatment when your using synthetic oil with 5,000 mile changes??? Customer service was great!!!! More
