I feel as though we were discriminate against because we filed bankruptcy and we are trying to rebuild our credit. At first we called and inquired, to let them know our situation. They said they had program filed bankruptcy and we are trying to rebuild our credit. At first we called and inquired, to let them know our situation. They said they had programs to help us, so we went and everyone was real nice. But we stayed all day Saturday and they said they had us approved. Well they never mentioned anything about what kind of payments or anything. We told them what we would be comfortable with and no money down. As we sat and waited they came and told us that they could approve us for a new vechile because it had a rebate and it would be easier to work with. So we test drove it and loved it. Still nothing about notes or anything. As we were sitting waiting, there was another salesmen that came to get the keys to the vechile that we were dealing on , so that someone else could drive and try to deal on the same vechile. It was getting late and the fiance guy told us to take the truck home and come back Monday. We both took a day off work to go back on Monday, just to find out that they wanted alot of money down and outrageous notes a month. Trust me I know we don't have the best credit, but we are trying to start over and build back. I feel as if they wanted to sell it to someone else so they tried to stick it to us. Yes I feel we were very much discriminated against. I will tell everyone do not go to John O'NEIL Johnson Toyota to buy anything. You will get messed up. I also let them know that we took off work for nothing. The salesman was very nice and helpful, but the finance people saw a chance to take advantage of people down on there luck. Just a warning to you. I would not trust them. More
The service department sucks!!! I have been here twice for a recall. The first time I went on July 1st, I was scheduled for 2 recalls in which only 1 was done due to the part not being available. I was told this after being there for almost 4 hours. I specifically asked when the service was scheduled if all the parts were in and they said yes. Well that was a lie! So I went in today to have the second recall completed. I sat for two hours only to be told that they still did not have the part in. Okay so I have just wasted time off from work as well as gas to come here and the recall still has not been completed. This place is very unorganized and apparently they do not know what they have in inventory. I only gave them a 1 because 0 was not an option. More

Frustrated with Dealer Schemes My driver side sun visor fails to stay up. Called John O'Neil Johnson Toyota and was told it was covered by a recall so they ordered the part. I arrived at 7:15 and an hour later I was told that my specific VIN was not covered under the recall so I would have to pay $114.95. On top of that, they gave me 3 pages of other jobs that needed to be addressed because of the mileage on the car. If they would have even looked at those items, they would have noticed I had already done them. They were going to charge me $904.81 for work that DID NOT need to be done. More

I was a car salesperson for several years, and I have never seen customers treated the way we were today. We drove over two hours only to be told that the car I wanted was sold. Then I was told I had to buy a new car, even though every detail was discussed prior to me making the drive, including the amount I was prepared to pay. We were completely misled. No one ever even drove my trade to appraise it properly. This is not good business. More

service department experience The service department is slow even if you have an appointment and the service is horrible. A mistake was made on their part they were not very profes The service department is slow even if you have an appointment and the service is horrible. A mistake was made on their part they were not very professional about handling it. They had my vehicle 2 full days extra to fix after already having a full day for original service. It was a very big inconvenience. I will need new tires soon and want to purchase the 2018 Camry but I will never go back to John o Neil Johnson Toyota because of such horrible service. More
Sold me a certified used Toyota. I bought a 4Runner last year and now I'm having trouble with the windshield shroud coming apart. I purchased an extended warranty and yet I am still out of pocket to get this simple minor thing fixed. I do not live in meridian but was told I could take it to any Toyota dealership to have it fixed. Not the case. Other dealerships said since they used a non Toyota windshield they will not cover under warranty. I cannot believe I am dealing with this. More
This dealership uses deceptive sales practices. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla and they lied to me about my monthly payment. The finance manager added the extended warranty and GAP insurance witho purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla and they lied to me about my monthly payment. The finance manager added the extended warranty and GAP insurance without my consent which increased the balance and my monthly payment. A car that cost $18,727 ended at costing me $36,340. When I finally talked the owner (John O'Neil Johnson) about this situation he was very rude and refused to do anything about it. He eventually threw me and my husband out of his office. Please be cautious when dealing with this dealership. They scammed me out of my hard earned money. More
