Mario and JR did a nice job of the sales ,intrest rate was misrepresented , found out at finance step of process . The detail of my truck was worse than poor , vehicle had very little gas in it when I too was misrepresented , found out at finance step of process . Stood at the check in counter of service department and no one offered to help. Two women were just standing there talking/gossiping amongst themselves. Finally had to walk to the counter behind me where y no one offered to help. Two women were just standing there talking/gossiping amongst themselves. Finally had to walk to the counter behind me where you go to collect your license and someone kindly walked me over to who was apparently my service advisor. Service advisor informed me that she accident gave my paperwork to someone else with my same last name. So now apparently someone else has my paper work with my address on it??? I also never received a phone call or text message that my vehicle was ready. Extremely disappointed. Everyone in the service department used to be so friendly but now it seems like they all hate their jobs. More
