Made an 8:15 appointment for oil change and tire rotation and dropped vehicle off the afternoon before. Vehicle was not ready until after 3 pm. This is not acceptable. If there were not enough people to perform services that day, CALL customers to give them the option to reschedule. It does not take over 6 hours for the scheduled service. Don't make too many appointments if you can't keep them! If it wasn't for the warranty requirements I would not use this dealer. Also, they misplaced my key and I had to wait while they searched for it. More
It was fairly quick with friendly staff. Not needing anything thing they said needing to get replaced. The car is still new and just barely over 10k. As far as oil changes goes, that did that well. But if they tell you something that to be replaced look at it first or just alway go elsewhere to get a second opinion. More
