I had an 8:30 AM appointment for routine maintenance on my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told the service would take about two hours, which I agreed to. I sat in the lobby from approximately 8:40 AM until 1 my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told the service would take about two hours, which I agreed to. I sat in the lobby from approximately 8:40 AM until 11:20 AM with no updates at all. It wasn’t until an employee, who noticed I’d been there all morning, asked what I was getting done and offered to check on it. Around 11:40 AM, over three hours later, I was finally told my car hadn’t even been touched yet. I asked for my vehicle back at that point because I didn’t have another hour to sit and wait I left extremely dissatisfied with the total lack of communication, poor time management, and overall disregard for my time. Before leaving, I asked to speak to a manager, and was told that he was in a meeting and would call me later. I received I phone call after I left from the Service director Joel and we came to a resolution. I was offered a discount and to have my car picked up from work on Monday to have it brought in for my service. I was told to call on Monday when I made it in to work. On Monday I called the service director’s direct phone as instructed at 8:18am. No answer so I left a message. Two hours later I still had not received a call back so I attempted to call again with no answer. I called the operator right after to see if he was in today. I was told that he was and that he told them to transfer the call to him. The call got transferred, and after about 3 rings it went to voicemail and I left ANOTHER voicemail. I called the operator back and gave them my name and number for the director to give me a call back and was told he would call back in about 10 minutes. An hour later, I’m still waiting. After being a regular customer for 14 years, I will not be returning! More
The advisors were friendly and made the process simple, the quality of service was standard, but the timing was rough. Made an 8:15 appointment for oil change and tire rotation and dropped vehicle off the afternoon before. Vehicle was not ready until after 3 pm. This is not acceptable. If there were not enough people to perform services that day, CALL customers to give them the option to reschedule. It does not take over 6 hours for the scheduled service. Don't make too many appointments if you can't keep them! If it wasn't for the warranty requirements I would not use this dealer. Also, they misplaced my key and I had to wait while they searched for it. More

It was fairly quick with friendly staff. Not needing anything thing they said needing to get replaced. The car is still new and just barely over 10k. As far as oil changes goes, that did that well. But if they tell you something that to be replaced look at it first or just alway go elsewhere to get a second opinion. More
