Having previously dealt with Toyota dealerships in the Richardson/Plano area, mainly because I am more familiar with the area I previously lived in, I had been disappointed in the dealers I had dealt with Richardson/Plano area, mainly because I am more familiar with the area I previously lived in, I had been disappointed in the dealers I had dealt with. Wow, what a difference I experienced when I decided to bring my 2010 Prius to Toyota of Mt. Pleasant! These are the most helpful folks I've ever worked with at any auto dealership. Especially the customer interface/communication provided by the assistant service manager Channing. Between Federico and Channing, the experience was very pleasant. If my vehicle ever needs services again, I will definitely return to Mt. Pleasant. More
We bought a 2018 Ford Explorer XLT at Everett. David Munoz was our Salesman and I can't say enough good things about our experience. He went over and beyond his job to help us.
