I recently took my 23 Off RD 4 Runner in for my 30k mile service which was an Oil Change, Balance, Rotation along w paying to have my 4 Runner aligned. When they were finished service advisor spoke w me and service which was an Oil Change, Balance, Rotation along w paying to have my 4 Runner aligned. When they were finished service advisor spoke w me and said they had a hard time balancing my wheels because I have after market parts on my 4 Runner. I laughed and said (I have 31 on my 4 Runner) and sliders. He also explained because of this they couldn’t get my alignment 100%. I laughed at him and explained I’ve never had this issue in the past and had the same set up on my 21 Off Rd Tacoma I look at him and said what you’re telling me is your techs aren’t qualified to do their job? My 4 Runner wasn’t pulling prior to coming in, my tires were copper on the inside, now my 4 Runner pulls to one side, and my truck hops worse now then it did prior to having my tires balanced which they needed and I do every 5k miles. I explain to the service advisor he can blow smoke up someone else’s rear end and explain to him that I previously work (sold) for Toyota ( SET) South East Toyota region to be exact for 5.5 years. When I went to pay my bill the service advisor told me that this was my last free oil change so next time I’d have to pay. I had to explain to him that my service covers me for 45k miles, and thanked him. Perhaps I should have recognized the red flag when I received a text about what services had been performed and had to ask why my tires weren’t balanced. Mind you when I set my appointment I mentioned everything I wanted to have done when I came to the dealership. I was also surprised that I was being charged a (MISC. SHOP SUPPLIES FEE) which should have been discussed prior to coming in and she be discussed w every customer so there not hit w some hidden fees. Transparency is key when running a shop or a dealership. Customers don’t like hidden fees. Last but not least the lady who took my payment at the cashiers desk should be spoken to on how she speaks to customers, she’s one of the rudest people I’ve had to had my payment to. I paid for mediocre service at best and that’s putting it politely. I WAS BASICALLY RIPPED OFF for $267.00. If I could give you a ZERO STARS for the service and unprofessional personal that’s what I would have given your dealership. More

I was a first time customer at Toyota of Murfreesboro. I was definitely satsified with my purchase and and my experience. Matt answered all my questions and walked me through everything. I made a offer on one of there vehicals, they called me back and accepted my offer. The next day I had my credit union call them to setup the information for my loan. After several hours of not hearing fro back and accepted my offer. The next day I had my credit union call them to setup the information for my loan. After several hours of not hearing from the dealership, they finally called and said they could not sell me the car for the agreed price because they would loose money. I spoke with Thomas Bruce and ask him if he was going to keep his word and sell me the car for the agreed price and he said I'm not going to loose money. A person is as only good as there word, so you be the judge if you want to do business with people like this. More

After the oil change I parked it in the garage and went to work 12 hours the next day. I came out to parking garage, I found breakage by gear shift, I called the service manager, took a picture and then brought it in to the dealership. After talking to more than one manager, they are denying any responsibility for this damage. They say that they don't use any chemicals that could possibly do this damage. I just wish they would own this accident that happened while my 4 runner was in their possession. Looking at all their very poor reviews now, should have told me how much they care to make things right. I am glad the managers, Charleen and Matt, can live with knowing they lied about the chemicals that are used in the service department that could accidentally do damage like this to my new car that just had its first oil change with them. Accidents happen and I wish they would have just owned it. I did not wait a week or months. I contacted them as soon as I saw this chemical spill break down in the area by my gear shift, less than 36 hours after I left the dealership. I felt like I was asking for a new heart on behalf of one of my patients at work. Deny, Deny, Deny is their motto. Save yourself the energy and never using this place. More

Why wasn’t 5.9% offered up front because if they can get the buyer to pay 10% that’s more money in their pocket. Do not like dishonest people! And now after contacting them to return my registration from my car that they took, I still haven’t received it via email More
