Great service department I brought our 2007 Toyota Sienna for multiple repairs. It had engine light miss firings, VSC, and Track light codes. I also had them check the oil lea I brought our 2007 Toyota Sienna for multiple repairs. It had engine light miss firings, VSC, and Track light codes. I also had them check the oil leaks and front left CV Alex. It would require pulling the engine. The van had 298,00 miles but the engine was still in good condition. They worked on it for about a week. Furnished us with a rental during the repairs. They went beyond and above great customer service and repair. Clark and the mechanic were absolutely the best. I have worked on car repairs for over 40 years. I believe the van will last another 200,000 miles. If you take your vehicle to them for service you will be very happy. I also anyone should buy their next car or suv from Toyota. What a great place to do business. More

Great experience I had new brake pads and the discs turned, oil change, tires rotated and a new battery installed and the front lights replaced due to scratches on the I had new brake pads and the discs turned, oil change, tires rotated and a new battery installed and the front lights replaced due to scratches on the outer lens. I dropped the Tundra off in the morning and by 3:00 it was done. The service department even washed the truck without my asking and did not charge for it. I went to Toyota of Murfreesboro with an appointment on a Saturday morning. All I needed was a software update for my Entune to try to solve connectivity issues. I got there and didn’t know where to go so I Saturday morning. All I needed was a software update for my Entune to try to solve connectivity issues. I got there and didn’t know where to go so I parked and went into ask. No one even acknowledged me. I found a cashier counter and asked about the appointment. They told me to get my car in line in the service area. I was directed into the garage and parked and waited about 10 minutes until an associate gets in the truck parked I front of me and proceeds to back up almost into me until I laid on my horn to get his attention. I got no apology from him, only an eye roll. I was then approached by another associate at my window who started my ticket, was reluctant to do so, he did apologize and said the service would be comped. He said the time would be about 1 hour, I re wives a text when the ticket was entered that said if I had questions to just text that number, I did after over an hour and a half. I waited another 45 minutes and went to ask about the time. I was then told it was being washed and would be ready. The “car wash” was a hose off. I will not go back there. Did not feel valued as a customer I would rather drive the extra miles to another dealer next time. More
