I was greeted on time pleasantly for an inspection and oil change. Of course, there were issues to get corrected for my 15 year-old vehicle. I had to go to city hall to order a replacement plate in order oil change. Of course, there were issues to get corrected for my 15 year-old vehicle. I had to go to city hall to order a replacement plate in order to pass inspection. I'll also have to go back for replacement of additional parts. I went to Toyota to look at a car I saw online. Tom Gray assisted me in showing me the car. He was very pleasant and professional. I ended up buying the car. When I went back to pick up the car Tom Gray assisted me in showing me the car. He was very pleasant and professional. I ended up buying the car. When I went back to pick up the car he spent along time explaining all the features in the car til I was comfortable understanding all of it. If I had to buy another car I would not hesitate to go back to Tom. He certainly is an asset to your company. More
