So we have had our 2005 Sienna since the end of February/early March 2013, it now being August 2013. The day of purchase I told my sales rep Joe "the tires look bald and need replaced", he said "we February/early March 2013, it now being August 2013. The day of purchase I told my sales rep Joe "the tires look bald and need replaced", he said "we'll get it to service and they'll fix it"...they put air in, and called it a day. 2 weeks later, there was snow on the ground, as I took my husband to work we had a total spin out!! No grip or traction, and hit a snow bank, after swerving in and out of the oncoming lane! I called Toyota and spoke to a service rep (cant recall his name), I told him that 2 weeks earlier I had bought the van and mentioned that the tires were bald and old and needed replaced, he said to come in for an appointment and they'd "check it out". I scheduled an appointment, at the same time, I asked them to check the squeaky brakes, again, I was told, "they hold air fine" (which they don't, every few days we have to re-inflate them) and was told "the brakes squeak because they are after market" (these brakes squeak CONSTANTLY, not randomly, Ive had several cars with after market brakes and other parts..yes occasionally they squeak, but not EVERY single time I touch the peddle!!" Anywho, I went on my frustrated way because I had my kids with me and had errands to run. I told my husband what had happened, needless to say he was far beyond my anger level, understandable since we drive 5 children around daily and had already spun out once! So, TWICE in the 1st month of purchase I mentioned bald tires, my spin out, and brakes...NOTHING was done.. We don't have cash to just throw to everything, raising a family of 8 isn't cheap, which is why we thought going to a dealer to get a newer, "cared for" vehicle would save us time and hassle of constant issues and repairs.. Turns out, that's not the case..so the last time we had rain, my tires slipped, AGAIN, and almost caused an accident, I had my kids in the car! So, Ive made yet ANOTHER appointment.. I'm truly hoping that Toyota will take care of the problem this go round, and put some new tires on the van, as should have been done since I 1st pointed out the issue, instead of being blown off. If not, if I have another accident or road hazard between now and the time I can afford to put my own new tires on (before the 1st snow hits hopefully)...I'm prepared to hold Toyota legally liable for any and all Fatalities and Damages caused by them not listening to me when I, 3 times have pointed out the condition of the tires (Twice within the 1st month of purchase!!) And since I have the paperwork to show I brung it to their attention and nothing was done, Im sure they will be held accountable... I really hope its properly handled this time and no further issue need arise. More

When we showed up to Toyota of Nashua, Nidal showed enthusiasm in buying a vehicle. Nidal also provided excellent customer care by providing us with water or coffee and making our experience smooth and enthusiasm in buying a vehicle. Nidal also provided excellent customer care by providing us with water or coffee and making our experience smooth and fast. Nidal displayed exceptional knowledge of the Toyota vehicles, which narrowed our search very quickly and we were able to find the vehicle we wanted fast. Not only does Nidal know a lot about the vehicles, but I noticed he takes the time to listen to his customers. He showed great concern for our needs in a vehicle and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. We walked away from Toyota of Nashua and Nidal with a great feeling that we made a good purchase on a great vehicle. More
Toyota of Nashua was the second dealership I visited while searching for a car. I didn't believe that I would be making any sort of purchase when I got there. Then Nidal approached me and made the exper while searching for a car. I didn't believe that I would be making any sort of purchase when I got there. Then Nidal approached me and made the experience very easy and comfortable. He changed my look on car shopping and made it seem more realistic to me. As a young kid, it was scary to see such large prices on cars, but when he broke it down for me, it put me at ease. He was very polite to my mom, my girlfriend, and me and accomidating to anything. He made variations where I needed them. Overall I enjoyed shopping at Toyota of Nashua because of Nidal. I would recommend him to anyone I know searching for a vehicle. More
I contacted Toyota of Nashua by phone and I made arrangements to meet with General Manager Rick Labrie because I had met him 3 years ago when my mother and father leased a "2010" Toyota Rav4. I had arrangements to meet with General Manager Rick Labrie because I had met him 3 years ago when my mother and father leased a "2010" Toyota Rav4. I had such a great experience a few years ago I decided to take my mother back to Toyota of Nashua in June of "2013" to return the lease of the "2010" Rav4. When I arrived there I mentioned to the receptionist I was there to see Rick Labrie after just a few moments Rick L. came out to meet me so we could go over a few details of what my mother was interested in leasing for a new vehicle, we ended up talking about many non car related things as well. After speaking with Rick L. for a little while he had an understanding of the type of vehicle we were interested in leasing, he then introduced me to the Sales Manager Rick Fragala who mentioned the best vehicle for my mother would most likely be a "2013" Toyota Venza XLE because of dealer incentives & rebates. My mother & I were then introduced to Sales Rep. Jason Stefanski who arranged a test drive of the new Venza. My mother & I were pleasantly surprised of its comfort, options & performance. When we returned from the test drive we told Jason we really liked the vehicle and we would like to go over further details such as price etc. Jason was a pleasure to deal with, he was not pushy at all & he really listened to our concerns and questions. After just a short while we agreed on a price and the deal was complete. After we made the deal on this vehicle I mentioned I would really like to get into a new Venza for my wife & I. The vehicle I had to trade was a "2011" Mitsubishi Outlander which I still owed a large balance on. Jason then went to speak with Rick F. & Rick L. to see what they could do to get me out of my Outlander. I ended up leaving the dealer not sure if they could do anything for me because of the large outstanding balance on my Outlander. We received a call from Jason a few days later & he said he had great news for me, they could get me in the vehicle we were looking for at the price we needed to be at. The vehicle color we wanted was not in stock so Jason needed to locate one for us. Jason located the exact vehicle we wanted & he had it in the lot within 2 days. In my opinion Jason really went above & beyond to make this deal happen. We ended up leasing a new Venza XLE for 3 years with 15,000 miles a year for about $9.00 more a month than what we were paying on our Mitsubishi Outlander with very little money down . Jason was very familiar with the vehicles and he did a great job going over all the options/details at the time of the test drive and when we picked it up. Jason is all about customer service, he continues to make himself available (to help my mother set up the Bluetooth & the Nav. system etc.) even weeks after the sale has been made. If you or someone you know is looking to buy or lease a new Toyota I would recommend you go see Jason Stefanski at Toyota of Nashua More

Today my sister acquired her 4th Totoya vehicle and though she's a been a loyal customer for years now (all her 3 previous vehicles were purchased with Toyota of Nashua) today's experience was even mor though she's a been a loyal customer for years now (all her 3 previous vehicles were purchased with Toyota of Nashua) today's experience was even more remarkable. The sales Specialist Nidal Murashah was exceptionally driven to help my sister drive out in a 2013 Camry even to my own amazement due to her particular circumstances. The professionalism & quality of customer service he provided are simply the best which is a reflection of the entire sales\service & staff at the dealership. I sincerely want to thank him for a job well done. Nidal went above and beyond everything we expected from a sales specialist & I strongly recomend you visiting him at Toyota of Nashua and give him the opportunity to help you find your next vehicle. My experience at Toyota of Nashua was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've purchased a few vehicles! Pat was wonderful, not your stereotypical car sales person. He was attentive but not o experience I've ever had, and I've purchased a few vehicles! Pat was wonderful, not your stereotypical car sales person. He was attentive but not overbearing, honest, but not shmoozy/slimy, as I've experienced with many other sales people. He answered our questions, and didn't try to push us to purchase. The sales process as a whole was great. I had negotiated a price for a vehicle on the lot, but by the time we got there a week later, the car had been traded to another dealer. I was pleasantly surprised that Toyota of Nashua honored the same deal for another vehicle that was coming in later that week rather than stating that it was not applicable because the vehicle I was looking at was no longer available. Even the financing process was smooth and easy and though I was properly informed of all the extra options available to me, warranties and the like, I did not feel pressured to select any of them. It was about a week between the time that we first went in and put a deposit on the car and when I picked it up. I had purchased a rock guard to be put on as well as a remote starter. The communication to me on when the vehicle arrived at the dealer as well as where it was in the process of having the extra's put on and when I could pick it up was great. Every step of this experience exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my new car, and while I hope it will be several years before I need a new one, I can guarantee I'll be going back to Toyota of Nashua for my next purchase! Thank you! More
Love this place. Have been customers since 1995. I went in Feb 2013 to lease a new Venza. Mr Molloy was my sales person. What I love about this dealer is that so many of their employees are long term, meaning more than 5 years! I love the loyalty that the dealership has to them and it overflows to the customers. Molloy was great handling my paperwork and my car was ready for pickup as promised clean. He spent the time answering the questions and showing me how to use the vehicle. The indoor delivery area is wonderful being able to stay out of the elements and really see what your car looks like. Meeting the managers is also a pleasure, a firm sincere handshake appreciating my business takes the sting of spending the money but I know what I am getting is a fair deal. I enjoy the new look of the dealership, allowing space for everyone. My children have a place to play and watch tv and snacks and the adults have areas to work and wait why the car is being serviced. The parts department counter ran by Tim F is great. The staff is friendly and never try to sell you things you don't need. I truly get the sense that they want you to trust them and continue coming back as I do. Service can be intimidating to anyone male or female, but driving in and seeing that there are not just men who are service advisors but also women is a welcoming site! Jeff P. runs that department and he wants to hear your experiences good and bad. I like that. The staff knows your cars, recommendations and they are honest. Why? I think its so you come back. Building a relationship is important. I recommend Toyota of Nashua to all my family and friends. Its wonderful to see faces that have been there over 15 years still working and keeping their customers happy. That is priceless. So please give them a try. Any issues with sales don't ever hesitate to ask to speak to a manager, Rick L, Bob D and Rick F all truly care about your needs and how you feel when you walk out the door. They have helped me and I continue to purchase from them. They are the number one dealer in my opinion in New England! So if your looking for a car, a 2nd car or a used car, stop in and take a look. Tell them Jodi sent you. I guarantee you will not be disappointed! More
We went over the Presidents Day sale and bought a Sienna for $7995, we put down $3000 plus a $500 trade-in ($3500 down), we have since recieved our 1st bill and did the online account which says we still ha for $7995, we put down $3000 plus a $500 trade-in ($3500 down), we have since recieved our 1st bill and did the online account which says we still have a $7642 payoff balance...even with our interest rate paid up front, this is NOT possible, so we called TFS, and they knew who we were, and said the dealership had NOT sent in our contract. Meanwhile, I dont know where my $3500 went, and when I call the dealer, I get BS about my interest rate (which I had already triple checked my math on), then they said "oh you got Zurich Plan"..Ummmm HELLO, that is paid monthly in my car payment! My original payment was $178, we opted to get the "Full-Service" Zurich plan, bringing our monthly payment to $246... How on earth do either of those, or dealer fees, tax and title fees amount to $3500!? Pure BS. Someone WILL be accountable for where my money went, if not, I a refund to my bank of every penny pocketed and not put onto my account as it should have been if handled properly and professionally.
