I have to confess that their costumer service is outstanding, they didn’t measure efforts to understand exactly what we wanted, and at the end, turned it into a even better idea. I wouldn’t think of anywhere else than here if I need to buy a car! More

He gave me a lease quote over the phone that was $10 less per month than Manchester, $20 and $30 less than Hurlbert, Bill Dube, and Chambers of Boston. When I got to the dealership I "popped my trade" on them and told them what I needed and they accepted my offer. I was given $2500-$3,500 more for my trade then other dealers in the area. They made it happen! Don't go to the smaller dealers And pay more! More
Sales Manager Nick - Sleezebag ALERT! HORRIBLE TEMPER! AVOID I'm a young professional with a good head on my shoulders that was looking to purchase a newer car. Although I am female, I am very mechanically intel I'm a young professional with a good head on my shoulders that was looking to purchase a newer car. Although I am female, I am very mechanically intelligent and was a proud owner of two rare antique European cars. Since I am now deep into my career I realized it was time to retire my affinity of vintage imports and settle on a more reliable car. I've heard great things about Prius's and personally was invited to shop at this dealership. Upon walking in after conducting my preliminary research the place was swamped with busy salespersons and a lot of prospective customers. My sales person was swamped so a sales manager (not sure how this rank individual got to be a manager) named Nick Digirolama sat down with me to over details. First, let me say I pitched an offer, and Nick gave me a high five and said the deal was accepted! I called my family to let them know of the news. Minutes later he came back to the table where I was sitting and told me a different price. Then got insanely defensive when I told him he literally gave me a high five and a offered the slashed price. He looked at me and said, "Although I might be incredibly handsome..." (um what?) He began to draft this bs diagram that made no sense when it came to his pricing ideologies, I interrupted him and said I understood what he was saying and did not need his mansplaining. I was not feeling safe with rashness. I got a family member on the phone, and by then he was honestly yelling over the phone. At this point I was putting on my jacket and ready to leave but he had my cell phone in his hand. He was furious and was mocking my family member, who is a very intelligent, educated, and skilled person who has bought several cars and leased handfuls during their lifetime. I sat with Nick even though I wanted to leave. I couldn't make eye contact with him. I felt very uneasy. Finally we reached a deal that was somewhat reasonable. As he was closing the conversation over the phone he jotted down the final price, with the request that give him a hug. CONTACT? A professional asking for body contact from someone of the opposite sex, with at LEAST a 20 year age difference, who was ALONE. I was baffled. I gave him a high five and was very nerved. The following day I brought my family member to refund us the hold I placed on the car. I was too afraid to go in alone. He greeted us, but I couldnt meet his eyes. When my family member demanded the refund, he began shouting and was very erratic! He was screaming at us saying he was going to CALL THE COPS ON US! My family member at that point was SO UPSET! They yelled back and said, "FINE! GO AHEAD!" NICK DIGIROLAMA is a SLEEZE BAG! He has MAJOR anger problems and treats women customers like IDIOTS! I hope he gets CANNED for how he acts! He should NOT be working in sales. I honestly PITY him at my young age for his cowardness. He should probably be a mailman or something that doesnt have as much stress. Should you really have a bad experience spending $50K + I bought my second new Tundra Limited from Toyota of Nashua. The first truck (4 years ago) experience wasn't horrible but they were underhanded in ho I bought my second new Tundra Limited from Toyota of Nashua. The first truck (4 years ago) experience wasn't horrible but they were underhanded in how they obtained credit and financing. Toyota had 0.9% financing and I was going with that. When everything was ready sat down to do the paperwork and realized the Loan was through Eastern Bank. I realized then that they had done that so they could keep the $1,500 Toyota rebate.....A little slimy but I didn't argue too much as I got the truck and rate I wanted. What I found out later was that I had 4 hard credit inquires from them as they sent my info to at least 4 banks at the same time to get a low rate so they could keep the $1,500 rebate. Flash forward to my next truck. I was a little hesitant to go back but they had the exact truck I thought I wanted. When I decided I was going to get a truck from them I told them what had happened the last time and specifically stated that I was going with Toyota financing and they only had authorization to check my credit once, and I even wrote that on the form. I found a truck, we negotiated, they did the Toyota loan paperwork (credit check....) and then they had to get the truck from another dealership as the one they had listed on website was already sold. They tell me it will be a week. During this week I know I"m going to want to purchase about $1K in parts TRD parts (I provided a list of part numbers.....).....I ask the salesman if they can do anything, he tells me to talk to the parts manager. Parts manager tells me to work with the salesman. In the end nobody would get back to me on the parts I wanted so I ordered them somewhere else. Now I"m waiting for the truck.... I don't hear and have to call, they don't call back until next day letting me know truck will be late but there the next day. Next day no call, I call them, still not there, they will look into and call me....no call. I call them and they tell me Friday. I call Friday at noon and no response. They call me at 3pm and say the truck is there and ready! I tell them I can be there in an hour but have plans but if truck and paperwork can be ready to go I"ll come down......no problem they say....30 minutes max to do the paperwork! I arrive in an hour and sales manager knows I'm pressed for time. Tells me they will be right with me. I wait for 20 minutes then they start running around. Finance manager tells me they just gave him my paperwork......salesman says they are prepping the truck. After 1.5 hours the truck is ready (this is over 3 hours since the call that said everything is ready...). They pull truck up and there are a couple decent size scratch's on the side of it.... I take the truck because my trade has been stripped of plates, etc. I know I can compound/was the scratch's out.....but really? A $50K+ truck and I have to compound scratch's out of it? They did tell me if I brought it back they would take care of it, but I'm so irritated with them, I'm not going back. As I'm driving home, I get a credit alert......they checked my credit again!! I got home and emailed the general manager, sales manage and finance manager. No response, a week later another email, no response. I also was due a refund from the balance on my service contract. Finance manger said they would help me with that as they had to sign. I send them all the paperwork and leave multiple emails and voicemails over 4 weeks asking if they got the paperwork and had submitted it... no response to calls or emails. In the interest of full disclosure, I did receive the service contract refund (5 months later...) but a simple response to multiple inquires would have gone a long way. In 4 years I had purchased 2 very expensive trucks. I don't expect to be treated any differently than anyone else....but if this is how I'm treated I have to imagine this is pretty commonplace. The only logical explanation is that Toyota of Nashua is so busy, they don't need to take care of their customers so I'll be sure to share that observation with everyone who will listen. I love Toyota's and will continue to purchase them for my family and I, but not from Toyota of Nashua. More
Not sure about others there but one is enough, Never Again! I normally don't give people ratings but Andy B from Toyota of Nashua you earned A Gold Star in my book! I know salesmen have to beat around the Bush I normally don't give people ratings but Andy B from Toyota of Nashua you earned A Gold Star in my book! I know salesmen have to beat around the Bush and throw a few white lies in here and there but Andy went above and beyond! I was told he had exactly what I wanted but it was located somewhere else and had to be shipped here. I specifically asked over and over if it was A 19 Camry the color I wanted, if the navigation and audio system were compatible with android because I heard it was not, and specified I wanted it with a starter. I had driven the same thing I had said except that it was a different color and a hybrid. I was told by Andy that the car was exactly the same as the one I drove with the exception of the engine and color.. well to get to the point.. I paid 1000 to have the car shipped here, found out the "soft inquiry" Andy had me sign for was actually a hard inquiry on my credit, then even though I specified I wanted to get my loan through my credit union and Andy agreed it would be better, I find out when I went to sign papers my credit was pulled again and the loan was processed by Toyota! I was pissed and they said they could fix it and I could refinance through DCU if I don't mind a 3rd hard inquiry! I pretty much had it and just wanted to be done with them! I signed what I needed to and handed my keys over for my trade. I went to get the key for the new car and noticed there was no button for a starter. I asked about it and was told by finance that if I wanted a starter it was going to cost another 500 and I would need to wait to get it. So thank you Andy for all the lies that it had a starter, charger plate for my phone, compatable to connect with my phone, pulling 2 hard inquiries on my credit without my consent and to top it off The car ended up being a 2018 manufactured in 2017 not the 2019 I was told I was getting! So THANK YOU ANDY B AT TOYOTA OF NASHUA FOR BEING A 5 STAR xxx! More
