There appears to be miss-understanding here. We inspected this vehicle with the customer to show us his concern. We verified that his vehicle has no verifiable warrantee able claim. We also compared his vehicle to two other same vehicles with him present to verify that this was a normal condition. He still insisted we replace the part after this event. We do not replace parts that are not deemed defective.
