We have acquired three vehicles from this dealership - one new, one used, and the latest was a lease. We have worked with Julia on two of those, and will go back to her in the future. She does not use high-pressure tactics, and wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied prior to closing a deal. We weren't sure what we wanted prior to our lease, and Julia was wonderful about showing us lots of different options, and spending lots of time with us. Rich worked with me when I needed a new truck, and got me a great deal on a new Tacoma. Rich listened to my needs and my financial limitations and didn't stop until I had a great deal on a new truck. I had been considering used, but Rich finally was able to put together a great deal on a new truck, and so I not only got a new truck, I got 2 years free maintenance, which has been a great help. The dealership has been great when the truck's been taken back there for service. I think a lot of dealers get you a good deal, but Rich and the Toyota of Nashua staff have also been great after the sale. More
