Pat Simboli from the Service Department provided the ultimate in customer service! I showed up without an appointment because one of my tires was damaged and completely flat. Although Toyota of Nashua ultimate in customer service! I showed up without an appointment because one of my tires was damaged and completely flat. Although Toyota of Nashua did not have this tire in stock, Pat ordered it in, dealt with the after-market tire and wheel service company from whom I held a contract (sold to me by a different Toyota dealer) and then called an Uber to take me home. My car was ready the next day and I was able to resume my normal life. Thank you, Pat, for the impeccable service you provided me. I very much appreciate you and Toyota of Nashua. More
