Went to have my registration sticker put on my 2025 Toyota Tacoma relatively new n still under warranty .. Signed in with Shannon who was the best customer service rep.. left with no problems or so I t Toyota Tacoma relatively new n still under warranty .. Signed in with Shannon who was the best customer service rep.. left with no problems or so I thought some how my backup camera got messed up during the checks done .. called so I could head back to dealership to get it fixed .. who ever answered the phone for service was extremely rude to me n upset me really .. but once I got to the dealership I was treated with the respect I have come to know from the dealership . I think they should get a new phone rep in service that male who answered was very rude .. Anyway my problem got fixed n I left happy More
