Friendly and efficient service. Every worker was very professional and competent. However, it was my first visit here and there were 0 instructions on where to go or what to do. I had no idea I was just supposed to pull in to the service department, so I was waiting around until I was able to catch an employee's attention. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, I had the same problem not knowing where to go or what to do for check out until I found an employee. I recently left a great review for the service dept at Toyota of Nashua but I’m going to “Ding” the sales dept. with a 1 star & I’ll tell you why. This is my 3rd Highlander from them, my first 2 were new Toyota of Nashua but I’m going to “Ding” the sales dept. with a 1 star & I’ll tell you why. This is my 3rd Highlander from them, my first 2 were new, this was a ‘22. Carl was the sales rep on this deal. Everything was going well. We had agreed on a price, but when I had reviewed the purchase order after leaving the dealer, I discovered that they had included an accessory that I had told them I didn’t want. The accessory is a warranty that I didn’t need, but somehow they added it to the final order. I called them the following day & asked them why they had included an accessory that I had been adamant about not including in my order. This was on Saturday, it is now the following Friday & no one has returned my call. While I got my sales price, what I know understand is Carl (sales guy) gets a kickback from the accessory company (Allstate) for adding this on to my purchase order. I’ve been in sales for 40+ yrs., I understand what Carl is doing to hustle a few extra bucks, but don’t try to pull a fast on me. It just reinforces the feelings that one has of car salesmen. All they had to do is be upfront with me on what they wanted to & give me a call back. As sales rep I understand customer service & being upfront with customers. Buyer beware! More
