All Service personnel- Were Very friendly & customer oriented- and seemed to like my bad jokes - so great people! They went out of their way, job or not, to locate my lost key pouch- very sentimental v oriented- and seemed to like my bad jokes - so great people! Overall, I am satisfied as far as you can be satisfied with any dealership. Communications can be difficult at times in terms of returning your calls. Removing one star for that. There is some pressure fr with any dealership. Communications can be difficult at times in terms of returning your calls. Removing one star for that. There is some pressure from sales people but you should expect it from any dealer. At least, my agents were not obnoxious as sales people at some other places, but rather professional. Actually, I had some level of excitement negotiating with them. Price turned out to be OK, on a par with other places. You should get quotes from other dealerships, though, to make sure you are given a fair price. I am willing to return to this dealership for my next purchase few years down the road. More

I am always pleased with my experience at Toyota of NH. The service department is friendly, efficient and always trying to please.
