Toyota of New Bern

My mother bought a used Toyota 2 months ago and was told by Tommy Jones that she had a 90 day all inclusive warranty. Her battery went bad and they refuse to honor the "so-called" warrenty. We read her paperwork and there was no warranty; Tommy had lied to my mother and her son when she bought the car. In addition they made my 85 year old mother wait 3 hours and put in an overly expensive battery. Terribe dealership. They are too big for their britches. We will be spreading the word to everyone we know. My sister-in-law called concening the whole incident and management has not retuned the call!!! More
