Cudos to Mr. Alfred Taylor for Excellent Service!!!! Mr. Alfred Taylor is the face of this dealership for me. I rate his customer service skills and friendliness as EXCELLENT. Unlike most vehicle salesm Mr. Alfred Taylor is the face of this dealership for me. I rate his customer service skills and friendliness as EXCELLENT. Unlike most vehicle salesmen I've experienced, he is kind, compassionate, courteous, an attentive listener and extremely patient. I explained my budget and my needs only once and he found a vehicle that met my needs. He treated me with such dignity and respect despite I did not purchase a new or late model vehicle which would earn him a good commission which I'd dare to say he earned nothing from my purchase. He gave me service as if I were purchasing a Bentley or Rolls Royce. I consider Mr. Taylor a man of integrity and high character as others would have handled me with disdain for wasting their time because they would get no benefits for their time spent with me. I am already sharing my experience with others who know I've been without transportation for a while. I plan to suggest anyone looking for transportation to Mr. Taylor so he can work some magic for them also. As for the older woman in the cashier role, she was less than pleasant and didn't acknowledge myself or Mr. Taylor when we appeared at the window and waited for several minutes for her to recognize me. Even if involved doing something else, a quick greeting that she'd be with us shortly would have sufficed as good customer service. After my payment method did not go through, I had $50 cash and another card to bridge the $115 shortage on the primary payment card which I placed on the counter both cash and additional credit card. After counting the cash and leaving the second credit card on the counter, she announced that I was still short $65. I responded that was why I provided the second credit card. She replied snappy that she didn't know I was using another card because no one told her so. Her response seemed disgenuine since I placed the credit card on top of the cash and she received the cash. More
