Sucks: within fifteen days of purchasing the vehicle 6/11/2022 the engine light came on, went back to Toyota to have it checked.Toyota of New Orleans referred me to other companies which had back logs o 6/11/2022 the engine light came on, went back to Toyota to have it checked.Toyota of New Orleans referred me to other companies which had back logs of up to 1to2 months. Called Toyota twice talked to Mr Robert in service he was to put me in contact with Mr. Victor I never received a call. The next day I called Mr. Victor direct he was to call me back after checking with the service manager about a loaner for transportation I never received a call. VERY DISPLEASED, Never Again!!!!!! More

I co signed for a car for my son. My salesman Mr Standley Major and his boss Mr Gerard Douglas were great. They got the note to where we wanted it. We go to finance and the note jumps $50 more dollars. The finance man was a fast talker we felt rushed but we signed anyways. (My fault). The next day I call standley he said come the followed day. Standley helped my son with getting his car insurance at a better price. We talk to the finance person again. He was rude and just said no. We left upset. 2 days later MrGerard calls and saids he got it back down to what we wanted (we wanted the extended warranty off) I said I'm not coming back and seeing that same guy (I won't name) I said this is my 4th car buying from here I never had a problem before I want Mr Joseph Akkawi whom I've dealt with in pass car buying sales. No problem between the 3 of them they got our note back to what we needed it at. We left very happy. Go see my guys at Toyota of new orleans and only use Mr Joseph Akkawi for your financing. I will go back these 3 men are knowledgeable and know their stuff. I will be upgrading soon and I most definitely will go back. Thank you guy! From a happy toyota new orleans customer. More

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I'm never going back there again. I had a terrible experience a couple months ago. They did a extremely sloppy job and cost me over $400 to fix. I went for maintenance and they gave me my car with loose battery terminals and neglected to reset the odometer which caused my car to complain about maintenance less than a month after. I had to call a third party mobile mechanic to come fix my battery which ended up costing me over $400 for a new battery and labor. Yesterday, I went there again, and waited 7 hours. I got there at 9:50 am for my 10am appointment and left at 5pm and all they did was basic maintenance (I can do that for the third of the price in 15 min two blocks from my house) and AGAIN they did not reset the odometer. The car was still showing "maintenance required" sign. The extra service I asked them to do like checking the brakes and the fuel filter was never done. These people are so unprofessional that I don't even think that they actually even touched my car. I have no confidence in them and won't be going back. More

Public service announcement: After purchasing 8 cars from Toyota of New Orelans over the years, and referring multiple friends, I will never be back! The service department had turned into a joke and the lack of communication is infuriating. Car was towed in on Thursday … 5 days later and cannot even get a phone call back. Technician gave me his cell number and voicemail is full and no answer at desk. Promised a loaner vehicle, then denied they promised it. Spoke with service manager who apologized and promised me answers and a return call “shortly” - that’s been 24 hours ago. There are way too many dealerships in this area to deal with one that breaches the contracts of the warranty you purchased from them and makes promises they cannot keep. Go ANYWHERE else!!!! More
