Received internet offer after inquiry for them to sell a 2003 Jeep Liberty for $3,465 which was their advertised price. I called Thursday and spoke with James Crowell who never called me back. I called again three hours later and spoke with James Crowell who said he was the only one there and had forgot to call me but would make sure the vehicle was available and call me right back. Four hours later I called and asked for used cars and spoke with John Dillon. Mr Crowell never called me back. John Dillon spoke with me and told me about the car. I offered to send a deposit and drive 2 and 1/2 hours to look at the car and buy it if it checked out. Mr Dillon gave me instructions as how to make deposit which I did immediately. I arrived Saturday as stated and Mr Dillon was not present so MR Crowell spoke with me after 35 minutes of waiting after my 2 and 1/2 hour drive. He told me the car was just sold last night but no one called me. I told him I had made a deposit as instructed and he just began to smirk and wanted to sell me something else. As we argued, Payton McDonald became very rude and stated I was not to talk to his salesman like that and say the situation was "garbage" which I did say and it was. I immediately told Mr. McDonald he was not to yell at me and that if a situation was "garbage" I could call it that. I then asked for the general manager and they had me speak to another manager who I'm sorry to say I forgot his name but he was friendly and cordial. Mr Dillon finally showed up and was apologetic for not being on time due to weather conditions and traffic. ( I drove 128 miles in the same condition but was early.) After demanding they sell me the car as quoted, they told me they sold it last night and it was no longer there which was a lie because I looked at the vehicle by their back fence where John Dillon told me it would be. Mr Crowell also stated he was on vacation and had not talked to me but he did because he finally admitted he was there the day I called. They finally told me they were able to sell the car which was on the lot still last night for 8,997 and had raised the price due to a 2000 dollar airbag problem that I would have had to pay for if it were still available. Basically they lied and sold the car out from under me for more money and did not honor the deal THEY OFFERED ME!. I would not recommend this dealer and would like to hear from others when this happened or happens to them. Note the other reviews and buyer beware. They told me this was a one time error but from the other reviews this has happened before. Sounds like a bait and switch setup to me where an advertisement is made just to bring in customers, then they attempt to sell other cars to. While I was there they said two other people where coming to look at the car, and my response was CALL the customers now and tell them the car is no longer available. THIS WAS THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! More

Juni was great and quick in listening to me and finding my needs , He is the best sales person anyone can ever had and I will highly recommend him to anyone. The service department is great and so are the workers there. If you want a great deal and a awesome salesperson that will follow up with you after the sale JUNI MEJIA is his name always with a cute smile and always making you happy. More

They were great Donald was my sails men he was very kind and wasn't pushy like most sales men. Very friendly maid me feel like I was at home they didn't try to take advantage of us. I had been assured that the used 4runner I saw on the internet would still be there after my drive from Lafayette and would be ready for me to test drive. I took of of work the rest of the day and proceeded to drive to the dealership. When I got there I was brought out to a used 4runner. The vehicle had a flat tire on it and I was told that they had lost the key to it which should have been fixed before I drove down 2 and a half hours to test drive. After about 30 minutes of waiting someone finally came out and talked to me. He told me that they could not locate the key and that in order to change the tire I would have to pay more money than the advertised price and that I would have to come back on the next morning. Which would have been fine if I had not drove all the way from Lafayette, why would someone tell me to drive down to test drive a car that can't be driven until the next day? After I told them that I would not be able to drive all the way back so soon I asked if they could please try to fix the tire and find the key. After another 30 minutes of waiting a manager, James, came out and talked to me. He told me after several minutes of yelling profanities and slapping cars that the 4runner that his salesman had just showed to me was not even owned by the dealership and that it was for one of the mechanics friends and was being fixed on the side for free by the mechanic. He also told me that one of his dirty dishonest salesmen was the one that told me to drive all the way from Lafayette with out even knowing anything about the car. More
Went to dealer for a used car. Assistant sales manager helped me and was everywhere but with me. They ran my credit and as soon as they saw it wasn't going to be a easy deal they dropped me.
