What a nightmare I was there for THREE HOURS and did not get my car until I insisted that they give it back. All I was having done was an oil change, rotate and bala I was there for THREE HOURS and did not get my car until I insisted that they give it back. All I was having done was an oil change, rotate and balance tires, align front-end and update GPS. Three Hours. At one point the lady handling my car said everything was done except for the GPS update, but when another lady walked me to my car she said it had not been aligned. So that was a lie. I had an appt in Fayetteville four hours after I arrived at Toyota of Newnan and never dreamed it would take THREE HOURS. I was late, missed my appt time and had to wait an hour and a half until they could fit me in. This is exactly why I have never like using dealerships. Plus they did not give me my paperwork for what they did do. I won't use this dealership again unless there is a recall that has to be taken care of. More
BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! My husband and I had been looking and pricing around. We had been looking on Internet, and I had almost 12 pages of vehicles I wanted to look at from different dealers. We weren't planning on buying that day, unless we were happy with the deal. We honestly felt like other dealers, could care less if they sold cars, I encountered more than a few rude, and abrupt sales people over the phone. When I requested price on new RAV4 over the internet, Ryan called and I told him I was just playing with prices, and we were headed to Atlanta area that weekend. He was friendly, no pressure, helpful, and I just liked his warm and friendly personality! Came in to Newnan Toyota looking used, we bought new. Ryan, Celina, and Bill were great! Celina was sooo friendly, sweet, and helpful, she was very patient, when I wanted to drive everything....LOL! They would be working up a price on 1 car with my husband in the dealership, and I would be out there relooking and comparing stickers on the one's I might want. We ended up with the last RAV4, I spotted on the lot. LOL! Their prices were great, warranty was great! Bill in financing was the BEST! No pressure, just friendly staff! We were soo indecisive, they ended up working up prices on 5 different vehicles new and used! More
Customer pays for assembly line errors I like my Avalon and give it high marks. However if a problem occurs at the factory during assembly there is no way the customer can prove conclusivel I like my Avalon and give it high marks. However if a problem occurs at the factory during assembly there is no way the customer can prove conclusively that is was not his doing, The customer pays for it. The problem was that my front tires were worn to the point that the will have to be replace soon. The car has less that 9,000 miles on it mostly around town driving. Toyota attendant claims that I must have hit a pot hole. I do not recall hitting any pot holes. I would suggest that Toyota checks their record to see how many other new cars required a wheel alignment with less than 9,000 miles. I truly believe that this misalignment was not my fault. In addition to the misalignment I will have to buy two new tires long before their normal wear time. Robert Perrault More

My dad has been in the car business for 35+ years and Ferdinando and the sales manger Jeff were more than happy to speak with him and go over every detail. After speaking with him a few times my dad told me that the price and offer on my trade was very good, and with his experience I value his opinion. Jeff, the sales manger and my salesman, Ferdinand were both top notch. I would highly recommend Toyota of Newnan, and I absolutely love my car! Thanks Ferdinando and Jeff, I truly appreciate it! More

Great Customer Service by Autumn Some of the features (bluetooth/phone) on my 2014 Prius (bought new here) stopped functioning. I didn't understand why I had this problem as my son a Some of the features (bluetooth/phone) on my 2014 Prius (bought new here) stopped functioning. I didn't understand why I had this problem as my son also bought a new Prius here two years before me and his radio and all the features works fine. My radio for some reason could not be upgraded. Initially it was thought a new radio would fix the problem but I would have to pay for it. After discussion with Autumn, she contacted Corporate Toyota and was able to secure a good gesture type deal where I only had to pay $100 deductible. The new radio came in, we drove back to the dealership, and it was installed only to discover it didn't fix the problem. After more inspection, it was thought the extension box that connects to the radio had to be replaced. Autumn arranged the same deal and a new one was ordered, installed, and all features of the radio are working fine now. Autumn was great in calling us to keep us informed of her dealings with Corporate Toyota, and the process of ordering parts and delivery. In my opinion, she should be the Customer Service Manager!!!! She is the only person we plan to work with in the Service Dept. in the future. I hope the local dealership realizes what a great asset she is to their company. More

Now, I'll have to go through the hassle and expense of getting one myself. Detailer could of done a better job of cleaning the passenger compartment and not just make everything shiny with a coat of Armorall. More
