I bought a used 2019 Ford Explorer from them, when I went to get a tag for the car, emissions had not been done. The lady at the tag office said the dealership usually does them. Now, 15 days after purchasi to get a tag for the car, emissions had not been done. The lady at the tag office said the dealership usually does them. Now, 15 days after purchasing this vehicle, it overheated leaving me, a 69 year old female cancer patient stranded at night on the road. The vehicle had to be towed and Newnan Toyota said, if extended warranty was not purchased they are sorry. No 30 day 500 mile warranty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I do not recommend this Dealership to anyone. I was in communication with multiple staff members for 2 days and had reserved a time to test drive a 2023 Honda Odyssey. I was informed they would be holding the keys for me when I arrived. I made prior arrangements to arrive at the Dealership and they refused to show me the vehicle and tried to sale me something I DID NOT LIKE. I have a very high credit score but because the Finance dept did not want to work with me they refused to let me take it on a test drive. IF I TREAT MY CUSTOMERS THE WAY I WAS TREATED WE WOULD BE FORCED TO SHUT OUR DOORS. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. I also left multiple messages for the GM but have yet to hear from anyone. YOU HAVE LOST A GREAT CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
