About 2 years ago I was in the market and ready to purchase a sequoia for my wife and a tundra for myself no trade ins and financing one of them cash the other one. We were not able to get any help fr purchase a sequoia for my wife and a tundra for myself no trade ins and financing one of them cash the other one. We were not able to get any help from any of the sales people for about 40 minutes as I was walking around in the showroom and outside after making contact with one of the sales people they said they'd be right with us we didn't move spots or anything we stayed in the same general area and they never came back so we ended up leaving Toyota of Newnan and went to Toyota in Union City and ended up buying both vehicles there. Apparently the culture here hasn't changed much, I went in to get some accessories for the Sequoia about 6 months later and treated as if my money wasn't good enough and as if I didn't matter to the parts person which I believe her name was Chiquita or something like that. Just a terrible overall experience and I definitely will not give this dealership any more opportunities for my business. I am done with this dealership. I will let everyone else know and blast them on social media that if they can help it go somewhere else besides this dealership for any service, parts or sales it has overall been a terrible customer experience on both occasions.
