He answered all of my questions knowledgeably. I was most impressed with his low-key sales pitch. He was there to work with me, not pressure me into making a quick decision. That said, when I did decide to buy on the same day, he was very helpful in making that happen. The pricing on my trade-in and on the new car were fair and in line with the research I had done prior to coming in to visit. There was absolutely NO song and dance and I felt respected as a customer. I would definitely recommend this dealer and this salesperson to friends. They have earned their high ratings. More

Cain Toyota is a friendly dealership. Everyone seems willing to help each other out even though they may not be your “sales person”. The only small issue I had on this particular time was that the car w willing to help each other out even though they may not be your “sales person”. The only small issue I had on this particular time was that the car was in the maintenance building because the brakes were locked up from someone leaving the emergency brake was on, so I had to come back later to test drive it. John has been a wonderful sales person to deal with. This was my 3rd used car I bought from John, although one of them was what I would call a “lemon”…but they tried to make it right and they bought it back from me (I still lost money though). More
