The folks at the body shop, namely Kendra Tipton were so helpful and good to work with. When the repair cost turned out to be more than the estimate due to hidden damage, she contacted my insurance company and worked everything out. It only took 2 days to complete the work and it looks like nothing ever happened to my car. I highly recommend Toyota of North Charlotte for the buying experience, service dept., and body shop. I wouldn't take my car any where else. More

He let me know what was to be done and answered any questions I had. Before I even mentioned that I wanted to get the state inspection, he mentioned it having seen the upcoming expiration on the car tag. He directed me to the waiting area. Once the job had been completed very timely, he told me the car was being washed and escorted me to the cashier for check out. This facility is very convenient, close to where I live and is a pleasure to use. More
