Mark Road may claim he didn’t receive my email, but I’ve already communicated with him via text—despite never having met him in person. Instead of speaking with me directly, he sent someone else to handle the conversation. As I noted in my review, Toyota of North Miami has shown no genuine intent to resolve the issue. Their approach appears focused on profiting further from a situation they created. Rather than offering fair compensation for the lemon they sold me, they proposed a deal that would require a higher down payment and an outrageous monthly rate—well beyond my budget. If I were willing to accept such a terrible offer, I could have easily gone to Lipton Toyota, which is closer to my workplace, and gotten the same deal without the added frustration. The vehicle they deceptively sold me has been sitting at the Chevy dealership since the day I purchased it. I’ve never been able to drive it. It’s clear they’re more interested in public optics than actual resolution—responding publicly to give the impression they’re addressing the issue. Based on my experience, I do not believe they operate with honesty or integrity.
