Went in January a Highlights! $1000 Dealer Fee $300 Extra charge for floor mats $300 BS Value Package BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Horrible dealership. Went in January and couldn't make a deal because it took WAY TOO LONG to do the paperwork. The only upside to waiting for 2 HOURS for a finance manager, was when I realized I was being screwed! They tried to charged twice for floor mats (once from factory, then again from dealer at $300 a pop mind you) and they add some nonsense value pack with nitrogen for tires and pinstripes, an extra $300. $300 for that? WTF!?? As if their already overpriced vehicles and ridiculous dealer fee ($1000 btw) weren't enough! Kept in touch with the salesman though as he was very polite and tried to come back yesterday and evidently he was 'let go'! Wow. Well, there goes the only way Toyota North Miami will see my money! I'm going over to Hollywood Toyota today where they don't charge you for floormats and nonsense and disguise it as a $1600 dealer fee!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! The dealership actually deleted my comment and blocked me from commenting on their page because I'm telling people about my experience. What a great dealership. More
