Poor service, poor feedback and customer comunication. Great problem in customer service section feedback in Florida "Toyota of North Miami" and strong dissatisfaction with the service I received. I attached my letter of complaint to Mr Friedman and he answered that the service director was looking into the matter but there was no answer from any representative of Toyota and my complaint was not satisfied. I hoped that Toyota Customer Experience Center would deal with that matter promptly so I wrote an email and phoned them. But no results.
