I'm giving a mixed review because of two very different experiences. First, Mombo in sales was fantastic. He provided a great experience from start to finish, worked hard to get me into the store, and made experiences. First, Mombo in sales was fantastic. However, everything fell apart once I entered the finance office with Oscar Ramirez. Despite being a cash buyer with my own pre-approved financing, Oscar tried to present a contract with a 9.99% interest rate without even running a credit check. It felt like a blatant attempt to slip extra costs past me. After we finally signed the correct terms, the most unprofessional part happened. I walked out of his security-coded room and was ten steps out the door when Oscar called me back to demand my $5,000 down payment immediately. This completely went against the agreement I had made on the floor to pay the full balance in a few days when picking up the car. Oscar is a professional and he knew exactly what the agreement was. If he couldn't honor that timing, he should have said so while I was sitting in front of him, not wait until I was walking away to claim the "deal's not done." He doesn't even apologize and make the situation feel like a honest mistake. His words are, " OH hey, you need to come back in. You signed the contract, you said $5000 down, so pay now." The worst part of this experience? Instead of leaving excited and looking forward to picking up my car, I left feeling zero trust. I spent my last few minutes on the lot video-recording and documenting every inch of the car because I'm now worried about its safety while it sits there. It completely sucks that someone who didn't even do the hard work to get me into the store managed to ruin the entire experience at the very end. Mombo did his job; Oscar Ramirez did too much. More

I generally get great service here, and I like the deals that are offered sometimes. My only complaint this time is not keeping me updated about the progress of my car. I patiently waited until I initiated the call at around 1:00 only to be told my car will not be available until the next day because they had to order parts. Fie! But let me know so I’m not kept hanging, left in limbo! However, I will still go back because most of the time the service is good. More

I took my car in for a recall. Although the service was long I was informed upfront and made arrangements for a ride home. Avoid this dealership like the plague if you value your time. I gave their service department one last chance today. I had an appointment for 3:30 pm; an individual checked me in finally at 3:50 and tol time. I gave their service department one last chance today. I had an appointment for 3:30 pm; an individual checked me in finally at 3:50 and told me a service advisor would be with me shortly. My appointment was with the first available advisor rather than a specific person. After waiting an additional 15 minutes for a service advisor to take in my car, I popped out and asked the initial individual what was going on. At this point, cars were starting to pile up in the lanes behind me. I was told that the service advisors are backed up and can't take me at the moment. This was despite having an appointment. The interesting part is that their website shows all the appointment slots being available. I don't understand how they can continue to accept new appointments for the day when they're too backlogged to handle their existing appointments. I left without having my car serviced, because they don't value their clients or respect their time. There is absolutely no quality control, and when I ask for a supervisor, I was told that there wasn't one on site. I called the service manager, and I just got a voicemail. I asked for the general manager, and I was told they’re out of office for the next week. Does anyone even work here and do their job? In a greedy cash grab, they sacrifice your time and the service quality and take more appointments and they're capable of handling. This has been the case at this dealership for several years, but this was simply the most egregious. I've spoken to the service manager and others at the dealership to share my feedback over the years, and I've come to accept that nothing will ever change. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result, so I've learned my lesson and will go elsewhere. I've also purchased multiple cars from them and was hoping to purchase a new RAV4 this year, but I will now take my business elsewhere for vehicle purchases as well. This dealership is a xxxx show, and I only put up with it due to its proximity to my home, but after the amount of my time they've wasted over the years, this will be the very last time. More
