This dealership was transparent and helpful throughout the entire process. Jm Cabral helped us reach a great deal while remaining open and honest. We chose Toyota or Orange due to this reason over a deale the entire process. Jm Cabral helped us reach a great deal while remaining open and honest. This is a review for Patrick the service rep at Toyota of Orange. However, some history is appropriate. I purchased a Toyota truck back in 1984, but it had a transmission leak, so back then I brought it bac Orange. However, some history is appropriate. I purchased a Toyota truck back in 1984, but it had a transmission leak, so back then I brought it back to Toyota of Orange and they were terrible. They even lost my truck at one time or they had no idea they had it... Anyway after months of waiting for them to fix my brand new truck they were backing out and they scraped the side of the truck badly, but they did fix it etc. After that I never went back there for any service. Fast forward to around 2018. I have a 2008 Camry Hybrid and the dash had been recalled since it was melting or became sticky and glossy which not only looked bad but was also a driving hazard since it glared on the windshield. I called a few other Toyota service centers, such as GG and Anaheim and each one of them gave me the "run around" that is they made all kinds of excuses why they would not perform the recall. My wife said why don't you go to Toyota of Orange and I told her what happened back in 84. She said that was over 40 years ago and that they might be better. I reluctantly called and got a hold of Patrick. He didn't hesitate to offer the fix, in fact he said, "I know about it and just bring it on in." The car was fixed no problems. I have been bringing my Toyota's in ever since and I see Patrick every time. The latest was to restore a 2002 Sequoia. They did such a good job my wife now treats it like a new car and only drives to places she knows the car will be safe. Patrick was upfront and honest about the repairs and even had concerns whether I was sure I wanted it done due to the costs involved. Normally, I don't think a service rep would even care, but he did. Anyway, it came out great. I don't know whether the other service reps are like Patrick but he should be the gold standard on how to treat customers. More
Tom Fitzsimmons was the most professional, courteous, and considerate auto professional I've encountered in my years. His straightforward no run around approach accelerated the sale and we will be back ( to considerate auto professional I've encountered in my years. I'm giving a mixed review because of two very different experiences. First, Mombo in sales was fantastic. He provided a great experience from start to finish, worked hard to get me into the store, and made experiences. First, Mombo in sales was fantastic. He provided a great experience from start to finish, worked hard to get me into the store, and made the deal happen. If it were just based on him, this would be a 5-star review. However, everything fell apart once I entered the finance office with Oscar Ramirez. Despite being a cash buyer with my own pre-approved financing, Oscar tried to present a contract with a 9.99% interest rate without even running a credit check. It felt like a blatant attempt to slip extra costs past me. After we finally signed the correct terms, the most unprofessional part happened. I walked out of his security-coded room and was ten steps out the door when Oscar called me back to demand my $5,000 down payment immediately. This completely went against the agreement I had made on the floor to pay the full balance in a few days when picking up the car. Oscar is a professional and he knew exactly what the agreement was. If he couldn't honor that timing, he should have said so while I was sitting in front of him, not wait until I was walking away to claim the "deal's not done." He doesn't even apologize and make the situation feel like a honest mistake. His words are, " OH hey, you need to come back in. You signed the contract, you said $5000 down, so pay now." The worst part of this experience? Instead of leaving excited and looking forward to picking up my car, I left feeling zero trust. I spent my last few minutes on the lot video-recording and documenting every inch of the car because I'm now worried about its safety while it sits there. It completely sucks that someone who didn't even do the hard work to get me into the store managed to ruin the entire experience at the very end. Mombo did his job; Oscar Ramirez did too much. More

I generally get great service here, and I like the deals that are offered sometimes. My only complaint this time is not keeping me updated about the progress of my car. I dropped my car off at my 9:00 am ap that are offered sometimes. My only complaint this time is not keeping me updated about the progress of my car. I dropped my car off at my 9:00 am appointment and was told it should be ready by noon. I patiently waited until I initiated the call at around 1:00 only to be told my car will not be available until the next day because they had to order parts. Fie! But let me know so I’m not kept hanging, left in limbo! However, I will still go back because most of the time the service is good. More
