My battery was going dead in my 2014 Prius C, everything started shutting down related to the electrical, at the same time, I was in a desperate need to get to the Douglas Hospital (Neuro ICU) within UC Irv started shutting down related to the electrical, at the same time, I was in a desperate need to get to the Douglas Hospital (Neuro ICU) within UC Irvine because my son was in surgery for the spine/brain. I drove up to the service area, I explained my desperation, they immediately got the manager and he expedited my service — I was on my way to the hospital within about half hour. I bought my car here and only get it serviced here. When they didn’t have the parts for a repair, they gave me a free rental which I so appreciated. Patrick in service kept me updated.
